Qualtec Knowhow for .NET

 Qualtec announces a new product designed and built using Microsoft .NET technologies.

A new software module completely integrated with the Qualtec Knowhow product was recently announced by Qualtec Systems. The new module provides facilities for more efficient management of product returns from customers. Completely integrated with Qualtec Financials the software ensures that credit notes are only released to customers after stringent authorisation procedures have been followed. Sophisticated checks and procedures help to reduce fraudulent customer returns whilst ensuring that customers with genuine claims are dealt with quickly and accurately.

The entire package was designed and built by Qualtec developers in Coleshill using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET development tools and so benefits from the latest Microsoft Windows ® look and feel and the improved ease of use and implementation that the .NET framework provides. The software is already in use at a number of Qualtec customer sites, with other implementations planned soon.

Qualtec developers are currently working to move other Knowhow modules into the .NET arena. Expect further product announcements during early 2008.
