The object of Qualtec’s approach to implementation is to make life as easy as possible for the customer whilst ensuring that the project is implemented on time and to budget.
Qualtec offers full, single responsibility project management for its implementations. A Qualtec Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of each project to the customer’s satisfaction.
The project manager reports to the customer’s implementation sponsor and works with the customer’s project manager on the planning and management.
Third party suppliers used by Qualtec are all managed by the Qualtec Project Manager and report through him on any of their responsibilities.
Qualtec’s philosophy of documenting all customer contact ensures that all phases of the project are supported by customer signed documentation. This ensures that the project only goes live when the users are ready. It also highlights early on if training has not been fully attended or understood and enables potential problems to be resolved within the original timescale of the plan.
